In the upcoming investment years, the SES Spar European Shopping Centres will equip future shopping centres with the most advanced LED technology. This regards both the planned new buildings and the upcoming refurbishments of the SES shopping centres.

The innovative lighting strategy was developed by the technical project developer of the SES and the lighting specialists of Bartenbach LichtLabor and was presented to the tenants of the SES. An innovative cooling and ventilation system in the tenant areas allows for a sustainable energy optimization.

The developed lighting solutions are oriented toward the needs of the customers and the shop operators. A harmonious lighting concept was developed for this purpose, which supports the functional processes such as wayfinding and orientation. At the same time, the required moods are displayed without quality compromise.
