Daylighting Design

Individual construction requires individual lighting planning. That is why we take a holistic approach to daylight and develop architecturally integrated solutions that provide buildings with optimum daylight and largely avoid heat input. Artificial Lighting Design

We also stand for individual solutions when it comes to artificial light planning. We are sensitive to the building, the architectural concept and its use. We take a sensitive approach to the building, the architectural concept and its use. The aim is to create spaces that enable “good vision” and convey comfort. In addition to comprehensive technical lighting expertise, the basis of our planning is always the effect of light on people. The reason for this is that good lighting planning is not satisfied with simply meeting lighting standards.

Research

From visual perception to non-visual effects on health and attention to building physics and energetic aspects of light, Bartenbach's research aims to advance international academic knowledge. Both in self-initiated research projects and within a globally active partner network, this enables interdisciplinary and holistic lighting thinking, which flows directly into Bartenbach's product developments and planning services. In addition to the goal of increasing the general quality of life and reducing energy requirements, the generated know-how is also made available to external customers to research specific issues.
