Time and again our project work leads the new and trend setting lighting solutions and systems that are utilised by the lighting industry. This development service starts with the initial idea and follows through concept and detailed development (optical systems, reflectors, etc.) to the support of the manufacturer up the prototyping and pre-production samples.
A number of patented lighting technologies can be used such as the “spots and mirrors” technique.
In any systems such as secondary reflector systems, spots and mirrors and advanced streetlights so called complex surfaces are utilised that are defined and computed with in-house software not commercially available.
LEDs represent another focal point of our design efforts since they offer many opportunities but also challenges as a light source for general lighting. Research projects provide the know how that is then implemented in many development projects commissioned by the main players of the lighting industry.
